Designer Chocolate Workshop

You will be  taught to create 4 types of Designer Chocolate

Every participant will get to bring home 20pcs of their freshly created Designer Chocolates

 

This is  a Hands On Workshop  and not a demonstration.

 

You will be taught to create the following:

 

Ganache ( without shaving )

 

Chocolate coated cornflakes

 

Truffle

 

Almond Rocher
